BrightWave, North America’s leading email agency, is searching far and wide for a multi-talented Account Director. This email marketing wunderkind can lead email and eCRM/Loyalty program planning and own the client relationship across multiple key agency accounts. The AD will collaborate in tandem with multiple client stakeholders and internal BrightWave teams to build, optimize and reshape email and eCRM/Loyalty initiatives that directly impact client business goals–with one hand tied.
In addition to the aforementioned superhuman traits, the AD will lead the charge in managing account budgeting, including tracking against client revenue growth and forecasting, and setting expectations internally and externally through clear, direct and specific documentation and communication. The AD reports to the Chief Client Officer and will be the primary owner of the client relationship.

This role requires up to 20% travel.
